Has anyone else experienced a creaking sound under the truck when hitting bumps at high speeds? I notice it driving on the interstate. Thoughts?

Creaks and groans can be incredibly annoying and incredibly difficult to find. I find that a second person in the vehicle can often focus on and determine the source of the noise. Some high frequency noises reflect on hard surfaces and can be particularly difficult to isolate.
Good luck!

Just out of curiosity, does your drag link or tie rod flop around a fair bit. Meaning can you grab them and easily twist them more than a degree or two.

I have a suspicion the factory is setting the rod ends opposite each other to keep the purposefully bent drag link and tie rod from flopping around. When they flop they can make anything from a simple creak to a significant bang depending on how the rod ends are set.

Just a theory based on what I have seen personally.

The movement of the tie rod with equally set joints is kinda insane.

Mine sounds like coil spring clatter, but I cannot find a loose spring.
