I have to laugh at house prices in Sydney
This property just sold for AUD$2.72 Million USD$1.64 Million
Plus auction fees and taxes.
Big at 177 SQM.......oops that's the whole thing, not the house.
It does have an upstairs balcony, sadly no floor or door to get out to it.

Funny memory came up on Facebook today.
In April 2020 I posted that in 2022 I would buy a Mercedes E400 Coupe to replace my existing Mercedes Coupe.
Turns out in March 2022 I placed my deposit on the Grenadier and in July 2022 I placed the order.
Pretty sure the two vehicles couldn't be any more different in design, concept and purpose.
