Check your bottle jack

I thought I would practice handling the bottle jack, just in case
When I lifted the pistons ,quite a bit of water came out and there was rust on the pistons
So , I cleaned and dried the visible parts
The good news is that it is fully functional
I suspect that at some stage a number of these jacks were stored outside and...it rained !
