So... this is my dumb question of the quarter. I do have the four overhead aux switches that turn orange when flipped. However, I do NOT have any plastic caps covering end cables on the roof by the bars where all pictures and videos show them. Are my switches connected anywhere or are they just for show? Thanks!

What are the switches labels? Can you share a picture?

Your switches are for:
INT 1 - Driver's footwell
INT 2 - Passenger's footwell
EXT 1 - Engine bay
PWR - Switches the aforementioned switches, the backseat USB, and cargo area 12v from ignition power (off) to constant power (on)

These are the bad boys

Are you talking about these caps?

Thanks! So INT 1, INT 2 and EXT 1 are wired into cables that I should find in those locations, correct?

Dang I feel so stupid asking these questions but feel much smarter after getting the info. The manual leaves so much to be desired... :)

Yes exactly, you have blunt cut wires (that come capped) in each of those locations

We haven’t found a mission for the high load bonnet outlet as yet…
I am planning on putting some fog lights on the front that are 12 amps combined running and 14.2 amps max.
I will use the 25 amp circuit for that.
As they are fog lights I don't want them linked to the high beam

New Grenadier owner here and I just purchased a light bar to be connected to Ext2. Did the wiring and all, plugged the DPT into the outlet (front right) and flipped the Ext2 switch but the light bar is not working.
Those Aux switches are added as an option from the dealership. Just wondering if I need the Aux battery as well to run the Ext 2 - 5.
Thanks!

Did you use a multiple meter on the wires after install to check circuit?

Have you checked for a blown fuse?

Was the car on or the PWR switch on when you flipped on Ext2?

I didn't realize dealers were adding switches as options. Thought it was just factory. But anything is possible.

If the truck is off, you'll have to hit the PWR switch to send power to some or all of the AUX switches.
