It is he first time I have a winch on my 4x4.
Thanks for that picture! In Romania in June I had twice to find a solution to go around an obstacle as this one.
I found a way out, but never thought about this solution!

You are welcome Jean. It was a big tree. Having the 2:1 advantage of the pulley anchor helped. Quicker than using an axe or saw!
