Another UK Grenadier has arrived

Sorry ~ I'm calling @Jean Mercier to get that sorted. 😉
Tyre manufacturers use OWL meaning outside white lettering
Thank @Eric who is aware that I hate abbreviations ;)
@DCPU: I went through the pictures at my dealer and could see the following:
2 TrialMasters and one FieldMaster with All Terrain (AT) tires: OWL
2 Utilities (2 seats) with AT tires: OBL (Outside Black Lettering)

My guess is:
TrialMasters and FieldMasters with AT tires: OWL
Utility vehicles (or Commercial) with AT tires: OBL.

But my sample is too small to be sure of it.

I hope that’s the case and my utility turns up with white lettering inside 👍🏼

I thought the in or out with the lettering was relative to which wheel and size.

I think you're right, General Grabber AT3s, OWL is dependent on the size. Cos I like OWL but they don't do it in my size.

I'd be happy if mine was at the dealer!
You should speak directly to your new friends ~ it seems they listen to you...

Where would a 2 seater trialmaster sit?

My Grenadier arrived at the dealer, Chandlers of Belton about noon today. Like every other retail Grenadier it remains a 2.7T paperweight until it gets a software flash and registered. I'm told it has a better than 50% chance of being released before the next cycle race I'm marshalling on the 23rd April.

that blue does look very good. was my second choice after the green. white roof looks tiptop.

50/50 - not the best odds.

good luck and at least it's touched down. my agent said today mine is 'still in pre-production phase', so basically not even a twinkle in the eye of any Hambach worker.

That long? Surely they will be rolling out the software quicker than that. Unless all the dealer tech’s have to be trained first?

Looks good - I see you went OWL!

I've always gone OBL, but haven't decided on this one. Luckily I've probably got a year or so to make up my mind.... :-)

And another one - telephone call this afternoon to say that my Britannia Blue Grenadier has arrived
at Endeavour Gerrards Cross. Some 'bits and pieces' to be fitted + PDI and software update to be
completed prior to collection - but getting there so very good news.
My thanks to Simon & Daniel.

Not my choice but how it has been delivered. This may make me odd, but I don't care! Covered in mud no one will see any way.
