I ended up buying a vehicle off the lot that did not have the factory hitch, but I don't plan to tow with the Grenadier as I have another vehicle for that. I still needed a hitch receiver for my bike rack. I ended up going with the CAtuned Offroad one and it was a piece of cake to install. You just remove two torx bolts to take off the plastic cover and then install the hitch receiver with 4 bolts and locktite. I put a cheap rubber cover in it when the bike rack is not in use. This did not come with any wiring, but that is fine for my purposes.

Any reason you didn't just go with the OEM piece from a dealer?

I am sure the OEM one is great and that would have been fine with me if I got it when I bought the vehicle. This one is about $100 less expensive and was delivered to my door, so I choose that convenience over going to the dealer.

I ordered the same hitch receiver from CAtuned, but the bolts provided are too small. Does anyone know what the correct bolt size and thread pitch is? (2024 Fieldmaster)
