Hey guys good morning!

This is Michael Fiore from Curry Ineos Grenadier, I'm one of the sales guys over at the CT location. Haven't logged on here in a while, so figured I'd make my presence known again and offer up this thread in case anyone is looking for any help with their Grenadier, whether it's about maintenance, technical questions, or even accessorizing. I've been around the Grenadiers for a little over a year now so I know my way around them pretty well, and of course also have direct access to our technician here at the dealer for more complex questions. Don't hesitate to reach out or throw a reply up about anything!

Also, attached a video to this thread for you guys to check out that I filmed with an amazing videographer, Will Gentile, earlier this year with one of our Grenadier demos. The Grenadiers are stunning to say the least!

Hi Michael,

Love my Grenadier... Quick question, the engine light is always on. Can I wait awhile until the next service or is it something I genuinely should be concerned with?

Thanks

Hey @the general! Glad you're loving the truck, and if I had to bet that check engine light is coming from an issue with a fuel sensor that some of the Grenadiers have been having. Basically, the sensor can sometimes be a bit over-sensitive and when refueling and think the tank is being overfilled, which sometimes cause a check engine light. Fortunately, Ineos has developed a fix for this via a software update, but we'd need the vehicle in hand in order to complete the update since the Grenadiers don't have any over-the-air capacity.

You totally can wait until your next service to address it since that's not a major issue, or you can swing by when you have availability and our tech can take care of it. I can help you schedule something with service if and or when you're interested?

Thanks,
Michael
