I have a trialmaster with the optional extra battery , wiring circuit but I don't have the plugs to use the inverter, just wondering if this is another optional extra on top of the extra wiring ?

Contacted ineos so been told to contact my dealer to show me where they are or to install them for me , wonder if it will cost me to get them installed

Eear by the jack and in behind the centre console to the left of the usb ports .

BTW what model year????

If it’s a23 it won’t have the inverter the rear trim is different in the cargo area the LHS has air vents in top

Just off live chat with ineos , as far as there aware the inverter should be in the trialmaster from the early versions

As far as I’m aware the inverter only came in with the 24.5 MY. When you pull off the first cover to get to the jack you should see a socket no socket no inverter.

I would have optioned an inverter on my early2023 vehicle vin 1163. As far as I am aware although they were in the brochure you couldn’t actually option one as they weren’t available at that point.
On reflection I can run everything I need via 12v. Most power tools and other equipment battery chargers can be optioned with. 12v chargers. My fridge is dual 12v /230v so that only runs on mains when at a powered camp site.

I have an inverter but it’s only 400W so an EcoFlow fills the gap for all cooking etc now I could take a coffee machine now if I had one or were an influencer,

Agreed! Except for my laptop charger everything I have can be charged using 12v. For the laptop I have a cheap 300w inverter which usually lives in the camper trailer. And if you need good coffee buy an Aeropress and a small hand grinder rather than an espresso machine.

Cheers
Steve

That's fair enough , I'll never probably need it , was going to use it yesterday for a soldering iron , just weird that it was in the manual and that the ineos live. Chat said it's there
