Lane assist is another difference, isn’t it?

Active lane assist or just the lane departure warning (which we already have and is immensely annoying)? I can’t imagine putting up with wheel pull in addition to that stupid alert noise -

The IG just beeps - no wheel pull in my experience. Our Subaru has that though and I’ve turned it off!

It is now on the third version. 23,23.5 and 24. 23.5 was just fixes and out of the factory. 24 is also mostly more fixes from the 23.5, but also with the EU required driver assist tools, a new colour, change of default colour.

The driver assist is not legally required in the UK but manufacturers are, as expected, treating the UK as if it is still in the EU. We took a new delivery of another car last week and its beep is much quieter and two seconds hold on the Set button on the steering wheel as its off until restart.

But there is the missile launcher and safari window gun turrets- don’t forget those
Sorry, that is simply not true. Those options will not become available until the Radar and Radar Cruise control system are developed fully for safety reasons.

The service manager told me yesterday that the display area allotted to the reverse camera display is now considerably larger on the new deliveries. He wasn't convinced that it was simply a software change...

Oh, goodie, will learn about that next week!

I saw this on a YouTube video with the chief engineer confirming this. I hope the next round of software included this.
