Chuckle in Your Day! (AKA the joke thread)

Had to laugh at the Australian in the Grenadier factory at 2:49 when I heard him call out.

I had to laugh when the video got to the LR Defender bit talking about them being built in Nitra, Slovakia, when it was painfully evident that the video was the old Defender line in Solihull! 5:27. Most of the captions are talking about the new Defender L663.

I just received notification that the house across the road from me is for sale.
Makes me laugh my head off.
2 years ago a rich guy from the neighbourhood put this house up on stilts across the road from me.
Hasn't been touched since and he is rapidly running out of time to do something with it.
He married a young Russian woman and she isn't allowed in the country since Ukraine invaded Russia.
My house and the shed under the yellow arrow
He paid $560,000 for it in 2016, then knocked down the existing house and relocated and raised this house.
The house isn't liveable or worth saving.
I guess he will make a handy profit if it sells for the $1.695 Million he is asking.
That's USD$1.068 Million

Nice location, that is an impressive price appreciation for 9 years. The marketing timing and strategy would be interesting considering the current weather and some of the media images and reports of coastal doom from some channels.

This is the house he pulled down and it was renting for $250 a week.
So 2 years of no income.
