I have the same color and same tires. They really are the right tire for this truck.
BFG KO3 285/70/R17 on 17x8 ET 40 wheels. No rubbing and plenty more room to go 295 or larger, but I am happy with this look, performance and it barely fits in the garage as is. No lift. No rub at full lock. Does not extend past fender flares.
