I believe this is the case, but please confirm the OEM Bull Bar can be installed to the front bumper with no issues after the GP-Factor hidden winch kit is installed.

What is the warranty on the kit, including the Come Up winch?

Does GP-Factor only cover the warranty on everything except the winch itself? That is, do warranty claims regarding the winch itself have to go through Come Up?

Since it is specially designed for this kit, and, thus, not available off the shelf, is there an option to buy a replacement winch if the original fails outside the warranty period and needs to be replaced and, if so, could that be purchased through GP-Factor or would we have to go through Come Up? And what would the price of that replacement winch be?

These questions are pertinent, because there are other winch options coming along for the Grenadier that appear to allow the purchase and drop in of after-market winches, though they are not hidden winches like GP-Factor's offering.

Its really a direct factory replacement.

Although most defects are found immediately upon inspection or first use by customers, as a result, We therefore hold a 1 year warranty to return items to us for full replacement or repair if needed due to manufacture defects. If you have a unique circumstance, please contact us. GP does not warranty normal wear and tear, end user use, or end user abuse. Please contact us if you have any questions in regards to our warranty. Thank you!" -So what this means is, if there is a defect, it should be found pretty early on so we can fix and replace. But we work with all of our good customers to make sure everyone is taken care of. We are just not Costco where a customer could use a product for 6 months and return it no questions asked. lol The Come up Winch I believe is a 3 year limited warranty and lifetime limited warranty on defects.

That is why we chose this winch because their support is amazing and we plan to aid customers in that and make sure they are taken care of. Nothing is worse for us than warranty work for us or our end users with another manufacturer. They are awesome with this.

Does the winch work if engine is NOT running. Winch might be the only hope to get out from the mudpot when engine is not running. Battery has usually enough power to get the car to dry land...2-3 metres what it needs..
