I get that knee AB’s might be a requirement in the US but not elsewhere, and TSA might be prohibited in the US for some reason. But why wouldn’t they just make the SOS feature standard across all markets? Our X3 has it and I assume other makes have it in Oz. Why not IG I wonder?

For the nominal cost I would have thought something like this would have been easier to just add to everything rather than have it as an option in the production line. Maybe I’m overthinking it - I’ve been accused of that occasionally.
