My truck gives a bong when I exceed the speed limit. Is it possible to turn it off?

I don't believe our friends across the pond like @Howard are even in the running for that updateRumor is that at some point, INEOS is supposed to do a software update to allow the user to permanently disable the speed warning. As of now, you have to turn it off after every restart.
Whilst the UK has not enacted the EU laws regarding ADAS, there is no expectation that Ineos are going to turn off for the UK as they plan to do with the US.You gotta lot of catchin’ up to do
Search for “ADAS” and you’ll find a metric ton of info. Once you find the menu selections, program it as a favorite.

Hopefully future software updates on UK cars won't enable this feature for those of us lucky enough to not to have had it in the first place?Whilst the UK has not enacted the EU laws regarding ADAS, there is no expectation that Ineos are going to turn off for the UK as they plan to do with the US.
The best thing to do is just momentarily lift the pedal on the first click and then depress it again. That stops all the remaining clicks, and it won't restart them until you go back under the limit again.
If you have the MY23 vehicle without any of these "features" you're missing all the hardware required for it to be implemented, thus no worry of a future update adding themHopefully future software updates on UK cars won't enable this feature for those of us lucky enough to not to have had it in the first place?
Thank You - that is good to know - I have enough electronic bleeps in my life without the car bossing me around as well.If you have the MY23 vehicle without any of these "features" you're missing all the hardware required for it to be implemented, thus no worry of a future update adding them
