Arrowhead Grenadier?

Anyone else see the detailed map says a Phoenix based dealership is coming soon to Glendale as Arrowehead Grenadier?

However one of the IG Forum members & his wife in Peoria went by there & asked 3 or 4 of yhe GM's at BMW, Land Rover & Volvo asking about the Ineos Grenadier partnership & plans to open. They took their inky black IG & let one of the managers check it out & sit inside. The manager said he had no idea this vehicle even existed.

Both also said they were blown away that NONE of the GM's knew what they were talking about (IG) & two of them did not know what a "Grenadier" was. the employees at all of the dealerships have NO Clue they are going to be selling & servicing theses vehicles.

The Mgr from Volvo said he was "informed" about 2 new acquisitions but did not know what they were. BTW, they are Ineos Grenadier & Porsche.

So interesting to see the top brass at "VAG NPAZ" kept this from their own employees since acquiring it in May of 2024.

BTW, they said there was NO new construction going on at the Glendale dealerships VAG own in Glendale. So they may place IG in next to BMW or Volvo. Can't see ''em placing Grenadier right next to Land Rover. awkward

Porsche is getting an entire new facility, so IG may go in along side that new facility.

About time. I have been to 3 dealers now. In 3 different states. Hopefully AZ opens soon.

I chatted with Mossy Friday and they said it should open in a couple months.

They opened on 10/1, I went to put a deposit down on an incoming unit the 4th! Looking forward to meeting the group here in AZ.

They're open but seems they're struggling to get organized. I have called several times with a couple questions and can't get anywhere. They said service should be up and running 11/04

Oh I worked with Nick and Rich out of there to buy mine and didn't have any hickups. I know the actual build out of the site is still in the works but BMW service can also perform some work as well. I know there is only two or three peeps working there so maybe stop by might be best. Every time I am there customers are walking around waiting for sales help.

I am working with them right now to have my windscreen replaced.

It sounds as if they are open for service.

I chatted with them yesterday about service; sounds like oil changes and basic maintenance is available, but I didn’t get much confidence they’re ready for warranty work yet.

They are outsourcing the glasswork to another shop.

I didn’t bother to ask about software updates.

Thanks to some of the "good" folks here, last Wednesday I drove to Arrowhead INEOS in Glendale Arizona and made the purchase!

Previous to my purchase, I had questions, the Forum had answers! ! appreciate those who provided thoughtful "food for thought." I had also researched, researched, researched all places I could think to get information. (Owl Vans here in Mesa, AZ was a great local resource as well) After putting it all together, the decision was made near easy. Thank You.

I also want to thank Arrowhead INEOS for a buying experience that was solidly "unique!" Not my first rodeo by dozens of vehicles of all kinds, but it was my first exposure to Arrowhead. Instantly I found I was among vehicle enthusiasts, not sales folks. The experience was refreshing and genuine. The entire staff was exceptional! I enjoyed the Raptor but it was time to say goodbye, and to welcome the Grenadier. (Even being color blind, I do like that Magic Mushroom).

**Side Note** Yesterday my wife and I attended, as we do every year a car show in Peoria, AZ "British Cars On The Green." We normally attend with friends who show a Nash Metropolitan (Made in UK). Several British enthusiasts noticed the Grenadier nearby in the parking area, and had many. many positive comments and questions. I think this is going to be quite a hit!

Warner has windshields in stock. JUST SAYIN'!

New windshield has been installed.

They (Arrowhead Ineos Grenadier) recommended their source. Mobile service was dispatched today.

All better.

12k mile service = $949.85

A bit of advice is to not do the 12k service yourself. Ineos will not validate the fact I changed the fluids (including diffs) myself, and require the dealership to perform the full service to turn off the service reminder light. I have receipts from purchasing parts/fluids, but it can’t be “proven” that I completed the service.

Total waste of money.

What did they say it means when they do not "validate" that you did it your self?

12k service required diff fluid change, or it basically voids the warranty on your diffs.

So if you want your warranty, the maintenance has to be done by a shop or the dealer?
