I checked with Knauz on IG consumables:

Oil filter - $24.23
BMW Oil - $12.43
Brake Fluid - $6.20
BMW Antifreeze - $31.88

Has anyone had Knauz work on their IG yet? If so, how was your experience. I can’t get them to answer my calls.

I had my wiper fluid pump replaced before.
Always someone picking up the phone.
They also provided a service car from Enterprise.

Good experience. They now have Grenadiers as service trucks vs enterprise.

Make sure you call their service line to schedule. Sales doesn't always pickup the phone. Not making an excuse for them but they are very busy with deliveries, etc. They just added 2 new sales associates. Also their voicemail system doesn't work.

Good to know about the Grenny as a service vehicle!
I usually call their service center for the work needed.

I called them the other day and oil change was ~$190.
I have yet to schedule service in the coming week.

I expect they will still use enterprise as a backup if all their loaners are in use
