I haven't found any aftermarket suppliers doing an interior folding windscreen sunshade. I am aware of full window shade sets but I only wanted something for the windscreen.
Dear wife made one for our Grenadier by cutting down a 150 x 80cm sunshade which we bought from here (Australian example).
Finished size is 150cm wide x 40cm high.
Dear wife first unpicked the edging around the bottom and halfway up the sides then cut down the height of the panel to 40cm, then reattached the edge binding, finally cutting off the excess binding at the sides. Sounds like a lot of work but it really wasn't (and certainly not for me 😁).
If you or someone you know is handy on a domestic sewing machine this is a very simple project.

Buildamax do a full set

Someone posted on FB that Snapshades are doing one for Grenadiers front and safari roof glass.

Yep. The market will deliver eventually. A$149 for a windscreen shade from Snapshade feels steep. I solved it for under $20. I'm sure theirs will be better but I can make 7 and still be ahead on cost.
