Thanks buddy… appreciate it!

Do 17" factory black steelies come with black nuts or chrome / silver? Looking for some locking lug nuts. Very expensive from IA. Thanks!

Also, @AMan Do you run a safari business? Googled Karibu Kenya and that's the best return.

Silver nuts. I got the locking nuts from factory too. They’re really nice. I haven’t put them on yet because I balanced with the original ones 😂… Karibu Kenya is welcome to Kenya. I don’t run a safari business, but I safari a lot 😊

Attached photos of the factory silver nuts and the factory locking nuts.

I also added something really sexy to my grenadier yesterday. Video on my channel:

Can anyone tell me the size and offset of the standard steel wheels.
If you have alloys and want steelies for winter/offroading, it is a very expensive swap if you go for 18" steels, BFG AT KO2 and a second set of TPMS

Steelies are 17x7.5 6x130 +55.

17 x 7.5, 6 lug, 130mm, offset 55
Guess I should have refreshed the page! Beat like a dead horse.....

Look for wheels for the 4x4 Mercedes van. Same bolt pattern.

Are there the same lug nuts from the factory for steelies and alloys? I know it's the same spec wise, but not sure how the steelie lugs will look like on my 706s (which should be here today! Only 5 months before the truck 🤣 🤣 🤣 )

I'd be surprised if they did, steel wheels should have steel nuts but alloys should be using a softer metal

Hi AMan, Do you or anyone know if the 17" alloys also have the same +55 offset as the steelies or do the alloys have a different offset.
DaBull

Anyone know the weight of the steel 17”? Trying to see how much u can cut that down moving to aluminum

I have decided that I would like to keep the steel rims for when i do overland trips and put the 17 inch alloys on for day to day driving. I approached IG to order and was sent an invoice. It came through as R115 000 South African Rands some $6880 Dollar. This is absolutely mental and just can not be justified. If you Order them when you order the Gren they cost R10 000 south african rand $600 us dollar odd. So I guess there is no way I am taking these Rims. I dont mind paying a bit extra but x10 of the normal price is not fair and a rip off. I am concerned what spare parts are going to cost.

Any other options that anyone has tried and fitted?
What size 17 inch rims am i looking for. Its all very confusing?

Hi Marine bushman,
Black Rhino make a few suitable alloy rims that fit the Ineos including their Stadium and Yellowstone alloys, I have the Yellowstones.
I think black rhino is African, or originally was, but may be owned by USA now ?, and there are many other brands who sell suitable alloy rims out there.
6x130 84.1 bore, M14 x 1.5 nuts, and the rims of a suitable load rating and offset.
Cheers Steve.
