Stu, have you put the booster to the test yet? Curious if it works
It definitely works... It won't work miracles, but will increase reception in areas

It's

Is it a meaningful increase or is it mostly marginal?/
How far apart should I keep this antenna from my gmrs antenna?
Absolutely meaningful, I haven't had a vehicle in the past 6ish years that hasn't had one on it.

Ideally any two antennas on the exterior should be at least 2-3ft apart

Do you have to plug your phone into a cord or does it just boost the signal wirelessly for everyone in the Ineos? I have a wireless signal booster at home, does it work like that?

Depending on which interior antenna you have your range of "boosting" is between ~1' to 10' from the antenna
