Washers needing Viagra?

Anyone modified their washer system to give decent pressure?
I’ve tried most things including back flushing the system , air line blowing, etc but nothing gets my fluid above half screen..
I’ve changed the jets.
Only clue might be mine was sitting in EDINBRGH FOR 4 months and could be blocked from storage?
Thinking of a secondary motor in the line but it’s got me stumped

My left one goes to the middle of the windshield, right side a third of the way up. Hopefully someone can propose a solution.
