I note that in my SW, the space where the auxiliary battery would go, does not contain a waterproof box that I am sure has been fitted to some vehicles. Could this box be part of the auxiliary battery set-up?

Can you take a picture. Mines a SW, no aux battery optioned, ie no charging points on the roof or 2nd battery. But I do have a plastic storage box in situ.

First picture is the drivers side with storage box and the other side is the fuse box and battery. What’s that box in yours? Curious. Mines a station wagon commercial

I wonder your junction box in the picture is for the tow hook electrics. I don’t have a tow hook.

I have to confess to total ignorance regarding the power supplies on this vehicle. Will get onto it in due course. Just wondering why I don't have the waterproof box.
