Does anyone have any instructions on how tp delete the factory snorkle? I have taken the snorkle off but have difficulty removing side marker light. The plug is inset so its hard to disconnect.

They are tight, I know that once out they are hard to put back properly. Many early cars had them falling out including mine because that hadn’t been put in properly… I think I have a spare side cover, I’ll take some pics of the inside so that you can see how they fit.

1. It is a Raised Air Intake. It will NOT prevent water ingress.
2. attached panel instructions. (Will add RAI if I can re-locate). Pay attention to the bottom two bolts/pins. You must TURN the signal light to remove/attach.
