Hello guys, is there anyone who knows how is the (copper) thickness (or AWG level) of the cables which are going down from the four roof’s sockets to the AUX POWER FUSE BOX (look at attached file, box located beetween main battery and the 7 stud busbar, under rear seats) ?
And do you know how these four cables are fixed on the AUX POWER FUSE BOX, with nuts or welded ?
Thank you very much.
Jean

Both are 25 amp circuits, wired into a Desutsch DTP plug (also rated at 25 amps). DTP plugs use 12AWG or 2-3mm(2) wire. Look at bottom left of the image.

As wired from factory, one DTP plug uses one circuit, the other 3 DTP plugs SHARE the second 25 amp circuit.

Lots of DTP info in this thread here.

I have only ever seen under the main fuse box, not the aux. And that will not be much help, as the image shows.

Lots of fuse information in this thread or the Rok Dr Guide. The guide has all the info neatly arranged.

Thank you Sir, doesn't matter for the pic. I hesitate between a fixed PV on the roof with low power, to use one of the factory 25A roof's wire, so, no need to undress the Grenadier's inside and a more power PV with a bigger new wire between a Smart Victron MPPT and one roof's socket.
