Well folks I definitely think Red Noland deserves a call out. We purchased our Grenadier from them last week and the entire team has been amazing.

Dealing with these folks over the phone was incredible. They really work together to make sure you’re happy and understand how to treat a customer. We worked with Rick in sales, Ken his sales manager, Angela in parts, Jonathan in Service, Deon in Finance, and Thom the owner. I list all those folks just to say they work as a team and understand they need to provide the customer a great experience overall.

I’ve purchased dozens of vehicles and have yet to have another experience like this. All while getting a great deal I couldn’t negotiate anywhere else. When it was all done Thom, the owner, even took us out to 4x4 and show us how the Grenadier actually works!

If you’re looking for a Grenadier, please give this dealership a shot, and feel free to drop me a message because taking this beast on the trails of Colorado was amazing before heading back to Texas!

I agree 100%.... I have bought Mercedes, BMWs, Porsches and have never had as good of an experiences as with Red Noland... Not just leading up to the sale, but being prepared during the sale and follow up afterward...

Rick was my sales guy... Super straight forward and did the same follow ups with me..

How was the negotiation process? You are kind of captive customer right? Can’t really purchase from across the town.
Not sure what your specifically asking... Pricing is straightforward, you abosolutely can negotiate your trade plus you get 2.9% for 60 months right now as well as 5K additional on SELECT vehicles.

If I misunderstood just let me know.

I meant it’s a bit different than buying a wrangler.. can shop amongst Jeep dealers across town

I definitely did... Nothing to stop you from shopping dealers. Personally we love the Sewell experience but now, I am a Red Nolan fan all the way.. If I buy something they have a dealership for, I will just go wherever in the USA and get it. Driving is the experience after all, right?

Just had my first service done at Red Noland - rotate tires, reset TPMS map, engine oil change, differential axle oil change - $590. Car spent approx 4 hours in service. I took a loaner Gren - Sela Green base model - very, very nice! I went to lunch, did some shopping and took a short hike at Garden of The Gods. (There’s no shortage of things to do in Colorado Springs.) My Grenadier was washed and waiting when I got back.

The Red Noland staff is A+.
And now, I want a base model in Sela Green… 🥴

Yes, sometimes it's the appeal of the new. But with the old, you know what you have.

$590 for that service is a deal on any vehicle these days - I don't think I could get that done at a dealership on my 2013 Tundra for much less. Out east dealers are asking more than 150 for an oil change and tire rotation ("A" service) on a Honda Accord (mind you, they always have coupons)

Agreed - I was pleasantly surprised!

We purchased from Red Noland last week and agree completely. Christine took care of us along with the entire team. No pressure, accurate information, efficient and easy. I have purchased a lot of cars and have never had an experience anywhere close to as professional and exemplary as this one,
