Possible Roof Rack Container?

I bought a couple of these surplus satcom containers from a neighbor a few years ago. Is anyone familiar with these?

They seemed to be fiberglass and are very itchy after handling. I was thinking of coating with bed liner and stenciling

on them.

Anyway, will these work as a cheapo storage box for the roof rack?

I have the Leitner ACS rack hardware. (Bolts, washers, and wedgy nuts*) * not the real nomenclature

I think that these containers might work.

I made a couple of cardboard templates for this.

Mock up pics tomorrow. I guarantee that these ones suck.
