Anyone know the BMW part number for the transmission oil pan? I remember finding it on a BMW forum once. LED me to Rock Auro and FCPEuro. Going to service all the fluids on mine including the ZF, diffs, etc.

No it’s not really a lifetime part, ZF even recommends servicing it, and I’ve drained and refilled fluid recently to check for water intrusion (surprisingly didn’t have any), but since I’ve already been in it twice and pumped fluid in it twice figure for peace of mind I might as well just drop the pan and replace the filter and do it right.

I thought you might have more success searching a ZF part number for the oil pan, including a separate part number for a metal version with replaceable filter, rather than a "disposable" plastic pan with the filter built-in.

This is the one on my Diesel Grenadier.

Unfortunately, there's very little information about the oil pan number 0501 226 588a online. I couldn't find anything on the Hengst website. However, there is more information about this oil pan on a Czech website.
You have to translate it in your language:

I don’t understand the statement. I’m simply asking if anyone knows the part number for the pan we have. I don’t have a problem with it being plastic.

***edit*** just reread what you stated. My issue is looking on Rock Auto the parts are not listed under Ineos and I can't search by ZF so was going to search under the BMW name.
