Paint "hole" on hood

Hello there,

Had an odd problem with my Grenadier hood paint (24 Eldoret Blue). Have a small hole in the paint that is right down to the primer, and starting to lift at the edges. Not a chip or a ding, as there is no indentation. Just a very odd pattern, and looks like it will continue to flake off. Dime for scale...



I did let my dealer know, and they asked me to bring it in for a closer look... Perhaps something was not completely clean or some contaminant on the hood pre-paint ?

I wouldn't worry about the how or why, just have it taken care of
