So now that we’ve become owners here in the U.S. what’s our hive strategy for obtaining factory bull bars for our rigs? I don’t think it makes financial sense for any of us to onesy twosy these out of overseas dealers with shipping costs. Does the hive have any ideas on how to get a group buy of 10 or more of these bought and shipped?

Group think activate!!

Would be great if US manufacturers would step in quickly, too.

Crowd Source for tig welder , laser cutter and press brake/bender :-) ?

Here’s the sad part as most are aware of already. The things are from a U.S. company (EGR) who has contract with Ineos. Of course communication with them provides nothing as they almost deny knowledge of the items they have manufactured. It seems we are left to ordering from likely an Australian dealer, perhaps not the end of the world with current exchange rates

Sorry, I don't care for those old school looking units. I'm hoping for a simpler single bar, or a total bumper replacement with built in bull bar. Sort of like this:

@Jeffrey quite alright if you don’t like them. Let’s keep this post clean and to the point of the topic on how to obtain “factory” bullbars

Give it at least 3-6 months of them being in the hands of the public for manufacturers to start jumping on board, after all, in comparison to other vehicles on the market, the aftermarket segment for a Grenadier is rather tiny to quickly allocate financial resources into R&D

I'm down for a factory bar if you put a GB together. I'm also in the PNW so I wouldn't even need shipping if you got them to Oregon.

I like the old school look of the factory bar and would be on board if we can find a reasonable cost option to get them.

I’m on board for a factory one as well. Very well designed. Would love to join a group if sourced overseas.

Do we know the factory weight? Will the stock non-winch springs handle that weight ok?

I need a lift kit and spare tire relocation bracket like last week. I ordered slightly bigger tires but if someone figures out a 2” lift quickly I might wait and get 35’s

No need to go offshore. These guys are doing bumpers, bull bars, sliders and other bits in a small production shop in Sacranento, California.
