New Owner. What mods to consider?

Welcome aboard! There’s plenty of mod threads here so start poking around to get your imagination going. Keep your credit card on hand though.

Welcome to the forum!

Since @Krabby didn't, I'll do the shameless self promotion of the forum and tell you to swing by the forum store (https://grenadierworks.com/) and grab a set of the license plate light shrouds to enjoy backing up at night without the camera being blinded!

My opinion.
- Steering damper, an absolute necessity in my opinion. I like the agile off-road one
- Off-road lights, again I like the agile offroad kit but there is a forum kit version coming too.
- Bison gear rear trunk shelf. Solid and everyone should get it IMHO.. there are other choices as well, I like bison.
- Wolf backup camera G9000 with power kit
- 67 designs wolf mirror Mount. Yes it is expensive. Yes it's worth it...
-The 3D printed glare covers for the backup camera in the forum store
- ppf film for hood and sides up front. Necessary imho

After that....
- Side lights, I use arb but there are lots of vendors. Connectors from agile offroad, cheap crimper from Amazon (use search)
- Leitner chase light brackets with Baja s2. Solid!
- Roof rack. Leitner is solid. I like bison gear and that's what I went with.
- Side molle from bison gear because I have the roof rack and they integrate. Leitner has them as well
-3D printed insert for the storage box between driver and passenger seat. Really good
-3D printed large drink holder. Really good
Side molle for the trunk, bison gear

My opinion, although there is much debate on the forum:
- engine bay mounted tire Inflation pump. I prefer that over trunk mounted.
-Bunch of bags from overland gear guy. Under seat as well as for the trunk side molle.
-under carriage protection. Gas tank, engine bay and transmission. Several choices. I went with rival.

Next up what I did:
- Midland 50w gmrs radio
- Weboost cell phone booster. Discount in the forum
-dash Mount for bullet point cell phone holders. I went with an eBay special
-i installed a headlight protection kit. eBay special (cheap and decent quality)
-toolkit with torx and other tools for the passenger side seat.
-i installed a new rear barn door handle
-i installed a fold down tray for the rear barn door. Lots of vendors

That's my list.

Honestly I’d wait and use the truck for a while before deciding what you need and don’t need.

I’ve actually done very little to mine despite originally thinking I’d do loads of things to it. The base vehicle just works well for what I need. Winter tyres for the 3-4 white months. Tow bar drop plate.

I think I will get a rear lightbar to help reversing in the dark.

On the passenger side something leaks from your car, it seems.

First mod on the list.

Welcome! A lot of us have done the Fox steering damper from Agile as a first step. Also, QUICKLY protect that windshield - Exoshield. Maybe also look into protection for the nose. Those vertical surfaces will take hits quickly. Your dealer can arrange the windshield and nose wraps. Although you didn’t show the side, looks like you got a Trialmaster with options. You might find yourself wishing you had some steps on the rock sliders. Blacksheep Innovations makes some you can mount to the stock sliders - but you might just consider replacing them TBH. After that, sky is the limit. It’s so easy to work on and modify - so there are so many great ideas and aftermarket products. You literally have years of fun mods ahead of you.
