How the *beep* do i get off the interior panels in the trunk?

Remove the two bolts at the bottom and the lashing rings.
It then just pulls off. With some force!

Is that a relay for the NATO plug or do all have that big DC cable there? Trying to figure out rear winch wiring without NATO.
