I've read a white roof - besides making the Grenadier personalized and looking great - can also help on fuel consumption. The theory is that a black or dark color would absorb the sun's heat and bring it into the cabin. The white roof reflects that a bit. The fuel difference is from difference in the a/c usage demands - it takes more power/energy/gas to cool a cabin that is warmer, due to the heat transfer. Not sure entirely how true or how effective, but I did find that viewpoint interesting and plausable. It looks fantastic with the grey & white combo!
