Hi everyone. Just found this forum and will be eager to chip in. I have had Land Rover Defenders since I was 14 years old - even built one from two old donors when I was 17. So what? So when they decided to produce the new "defender" - boy, was I disappointed. Is it nice? Sure? is it a "Defender" - nope. If I wanted a Range Rover - I would get one. Anyway, I am waiting for my Grenadier Utility Wagon after paying the deposit as soon as I could. It will be my truck for long distance trips, off-road and in particular for camping trips and mobile (amateur) radio hobby. Anyone else looking at putting HF or U/VHF radios in one? I am already tentatively planning a long road trip/adventure to Scandinavia in 2024. Looking forward to learning more here. Cheers. Tom

Hi Tom,

I'm about 20 miles from you in Melton Mowbray. I too have had the delay message to Feb/March 2023. I sold my LR110CSW, so I'm waiting impatiently for the Grenadier. (I have a LR90 too, but it is still in bits).
