I know that many (all?) Mercedes Sprinter wheels will fit on the Grenadier since they have the same bolt pattern (excluding the dually models of course). Is it safe to assume the reverse is also true (IG wheels will fit on a MB Sprinter van)? Are the offsets compatible? What about the tire size? Just wondered if anyone here has done that yet or happens to know since it seems so many IG owners also have a foot in the Sprinter world (or used to).

Tire sizes are different (OEM to OEM), but close enough to be compatible; wheel fitment is nearly identical (stock offset and aftermarket both). For instance on my Sprinter I have 265/70/17s, which are a modest upgrade from the stock 245/75/16 (or more easily compared as a 245/70/17). The 265/70/17 will fit on 4x4/AWD vans with almost no modifications (a bit of clearance from the mud flap depending on wheel width/offset), and will fit on 2WD vans with a lift and/or mudflap/fender modification

Virtually all of the aftermarket Grenadier wheels are Sprinter wheels primarily, and now are also purchased by a much smaller but new market (Black Rhino, Method, Owl, Agile, etc).

With the addition of the lower (numeric) offset wheels, 2" lift, and some fender modifications the new "big boy" tire size for Sprinters is a 35" as well (on pre-23 vans it also requires a module to correct for tire size, but I digress)

In short answer, yes; A=B and B=A
