Completed first semi major modification. I pulled original IG rock sliders and replaced with the Go Rhino Dominator DSS sliders. The main purpose for me was to have step due to height of entry into vehicle, plus no way kidos were climbing in. I had my fabrication company work up the corresponding brackets and then coat with rhino type lining spray. They left some adjustability for up/down along with in/out. I am pleased with outcome, although the step is not all that deep it will fulfill my mission while maintaining good clearance. We have some general off-roading and trail riding in the works, rock climbing not so much.

I used the DSS Sidestep sized for the Toyota 4 Runner as it was 68" long.

Are these full vehicle weight bearing sliders? or just steps?

Go Rhino uses the word sliders but doubtful fully rated due to the fact that I only installed front/rear brackets as there was no flex. My main purpose was for having step. Hope to avoid any scenario which I needed fully rated rock sliders. They are stout.
