Front seats adjustability

Does anyone know how much the front seats are adjustable? I haven't seen any pictures yet. I am particularly interested in whether the backrest can be placed horizontally so that a passenger can rest on it.

You see, not only a passenger can rest on it, but you can also lie down with your girlfriend when you are tired.

Also do you know if there is much adjustability in the height of the seat?

When I sat in the tour vehicle my left leg felt a little cramped with the "footrest" on the floor preventing my leg from extending. I didn't think to see if the seat could be adjusted up which would have relieved the condition.
