Except it's in a clumsy place.
I guess this is also mandatory, it's like this in my actual car and in the car of my wife, and every car I had in Belgium.
The funny thing is, they never check the expiration date when you pass the mandatory technical control every year (only needed after 4 years ).

Do you carry easily accessible welding gloves?
FE's are all very well until there is a fire , esp a petrol one.
The little FEs are OK for some electrical issues where smoke escapes from the plastic tubes holding it in.
I carry 2kg worth , and anticipate some other car needing it!
