The forums software allows you to tag members to get their attention. They will be notified in the list that opens up under the bell icon at the top of the page.
Use the @ symbol and start typing their username immediately after, then it will shortlist and you can select who you want to tag.
@DaBull as you can see is tagged in a fetching blue, where DaBull is not.
The only caveat is a username that has symbols before it can’t be tagged. That is a restriction of the forum software.
