We just did a 3600 mile journey and the front end started getting noisy and I could feel vibration in the floorboards.

Eibach 30mm springs and BFG 285/75/17 KO2 tires.

Front passenger side.

The shock doesn't look centered. Were you offloading or driving on the interstate when the noise/vibration started?

Yep, the springs are dislocated. Got this sometimes with the defender. And than they jump back in place with a big bang. Happens mostly when the wheels went off the ground.
Try to lift the car to get the pressure of the springs and try to nock them back in place. (Or drive at hitch speed on a corrugated road)

Thank you for the responses. I will lift it later today and see if I can fix it. If not I will contact Owl Vans in Mesa who installed the springs.

Owl is going to make it better.
