They got many things wrong I think. They called that a Trialmaster but resembled a Fieldmaster.
No because he clarified it by saying it was a utility vehicle. Therefore you can use the 2" receiver albeit it is not standard UK practise, but becoming more and more the done thing.
He did say it was a Trialmaster!
