How does Racechip ensure that the torque model calculated by the engine control unit is not decalibrated? As far as I know, an additional control unit changes the filling signal that arrives at the engine control unit and thus deprives it of monitoring the actual physical events in the engine.
There is also the risk that the torque monitoring device from the engine control unit will log the error code S 0777, thereby voiding the warranty and goodwill on the drive train.
