Well today was interesting, first time the Grenadier was used as the chase car at the races. Very difficult conditions wet grass turning to mud, and if any of you know Chester racecourse you’ll know it’s a constant turn so very difficult to keep up with horses flying along at 35-40mph.

Glad to say the big bus was the only thing that could keep up!

Couple of pictures for you.

Great! But why is the red car brown by now? And why are you chasing those poor animals? Or is it something like the white rabbit thing that is torn in front of race dogs?
The questions are honest by the way. Do not now anything about horse races,
We carry the VET or the Doctor round the course so if anyone has a fall they're on the scene straight away. You have to keep up with the horses as they have to be with horse or jockey within 1 minute of a fall.

How did you manage to get mud on both sides of the mud flaps? 🤔

Wednesday was horrific weather, I was like a speed boat but with a stream of mud flying everywhere. Camera car which was a disco for itv racing was struggling like mad whilst we carried on through.

Doctors and vets all said that it was the quickest they'd ever gone round the track in those conditions and they'd been doing it for years.

Obviously I'm putting it down to my driving skills and not the Grenadier's capability off road 🤣🤣🤣
