With exception of the 1st (ac) issue, the remaining symptoms provided point to a case of PEBCAK.
Steering is what it is. It's not broken.
Instead, it would appear it is the driver that needs to become familiar with their vehicle and it's intended purpose. If one spent more than 1/4 Mi down a rutted, rock-riddled, off camber road the IG's choice of steering becomes VERY apparent. The Toy (or nearly any IFS) steering would be trashing back and forth. (Keep those thumbs UP and OUT!)
On the Road, the Gren is "slow" however comparatively to the "competition", when Off Road, they fail in comparison to the Grenny's.
The 'issue' with the Roof rack, again is lack of understanding and just making an 'assumption'.
Failure to properly brush off snow from a vehicle prior to departing, again points to Operator Error.
The "chime' for overspeed can easily be disabled, in far, far fewer clicks than took to log in to the forums and vent. It is literally 2 button presses.

I'll ask on @Jean Mercier 's behalf - what is PEBCAK?

I believe you're looking for the Trailhunter 4Runner...

Unfortunate about the AC situation, and it would seem that just a recharge isn't your issue, so I would be asking the dealer why they keep just refilling it. On the plus side, if you have snow on the bumpers, doesn't seem like AC is a concern at the moment.

I'm assuming the parking sensor issue is because it is detecting snow covering the sensor, we have the same issue with snow and ice build up on our Sprinter, and from what I've seen, is just a feature of parking sensors in general. There's a handy button on the center console to turn them off, I do this usually in the drive through when it starts telling me I'm too close to the wall.

As for the speed chime, yours being a Canadian model, the world was well aware of the ADAS implementation before you took delivery, so that was a choice you had to make.

Finally, for the safari windows, it says very clearly in the configurator "When fitted, the Full-Length Roof Rack does not allow the Safari Windows to be tilted or removed."

early Interwebs acronym:
Problem Exists Between Chair And Keyboard
aka "User Operator Error code: ID 10 T"
It's been too long since I've heard someone else use this
