Please make sure if you're purchasing through a business that you have informed your Agent of the company name and VAT number unless you have inputted the details correctly at order stage so your invoice is correct when it comes out to you.

Have any of the other members who are buying their Grenadier though a business had problems getting a valid UK VAT invoice with all of the essentila information on it prior to releasing funds?
