Joined the forum last week and had a 1st look at a prototype Fieldmaster this afternoon - very impressed! I retired 2 weeks ago and now considering what will be a 3rd vehicle for exploring Australis that will tow a van. While I don’t have a lot of hard core 4wd experience, I find the Grenadier a strangely compelling vehicle - reasonably low tech & not too many electronics so hopefully a good vehicle for long-term ownership (unlike a new LR Defender) This won’t be a daily driver but used primarily for long distance travel so likely to opt for the diesel version. In no hurry to formalise an order - I don’t have accommodation for a 3rd vehicle at present & happy not to receive an early production car.
