The baptism of fire for my newly purchased sete green fieldmaster was Brisbane to Melbourne in scorching 36 deg weather along with wife and dog for Christmas with the kids.
All great for 500 klms then the aircon decided to open the heat flaps along with the aircon cooling flaps increasing the cabin temp to a stifling 46 degrees , all adjustments were futile.
Windows down all the way to Newcastle dealer Frazer's, who reset it, gas was ok, then same thing happened in Winton, the stifling interior heat has made it undrivable, we are hoping for cooler weather to get to Melbourne where we hopefully can get ineos to sort it for xmas. Otherwise we are stuck. Can anyone please help and shed some light on this issue?
Yours
Jock

When I did my on road test drive, the demo would blast full heat no matter what the settings were. I had to turn off the climate control. I figured it was a one off thing or software problem. Curious to see what the cause is for your issues.

I leave mine in manual mode, temperature set to lowest possible setting, set mode to blow out the dash vents, and regulate interior temperature with the fan speed.
It handles the heat and humidity up here in Townsville great.
I turn the fan on three when i first get in if it has been sitting in the sun, and once cooled down I run the fan on two or even one.
No complaints what so ever.
Scottish White with factory tint plus after market tint.

I second that. Use in manual mode OK even at 40c heat but have not been successful in using auto mode

Same here - manual only - waiting for the major firmware update coming soon (advised it takes up to 3 hours, it wipes everything currently stored). Some enhancements etc included.

Hi does anyone have information on the firmware update and if it fixed the AC intermittent issue?

The other posts you were seeing about a firmware update are rest of the world MY23 vehicles; which have different software iterations than the 2024 US vehicles
