someone postet this auction of an accident Grenadier on FB.
I wonder where our 8 airbags are???!!! They probably don't all deploy in a frontal collision, but I thought there were airbags in the A-pillar. I've always wondered why the A-pillar trim is made of hard plastic and doesn't have any mention of an airbag...

First thought this was the Grenadier who was in an accident in Germany. But this is a RHD vehicle. Standard N1 as far as I can see. If there was only the driver in the car, then not all airbags would deploy. On the other hand, this could also been an accident where the vehicle was parked at the side of the road, and got hit by an other car. Then also no airbags will be deployed.

There are window or curtain bags deploying from the A-pillar. It thought it says "airbag" over the handle.

true, it is a different Grenadier!
You can see in a picture that the driver and front passenger airbags have deployed. There is of course the possibility that the Grenadier was parked...

I know, but for some reason they weren't triggered.
If the acceleration sensors didn't detected a side impact or something else that would need the sidebags they normally do not deploy.
