A simple trick !

It is always difficult to engage the key to start the engine when it is dark
Top internal light not very useful as no photons land on the right place
Trick : use the key blade as a mirror, at an angle, to direct some of this internal light to the right place

Nice work. I just use my finger placed along the key blade. Feel for the hole, and once found, insert the key.
