After few months of absence of any, a noise like small pebbles inside a can of coke appeared, very light and infrequent at first but gradually growing. It is clearly due to the resonance of one of the aluminum panels of the underbody, as can be seen from the video I attach and, in fact, the noise is particularly loud when, in manual mode, the selected gear makes the transmission vibrate. The panel is fixed in the center but the outer wings are free to vibrate. During a recall, the panel bolts were tightened but the noise reappeared after a few days because the panel clearly started to play again. Has anyone had the same problem and found a solution?

It rattles as if the sheet metal is torned somewhere.

No, it is intact. The problem is that a large part of the panel surface is free to oscillate and vibrate. A solution could be to place some material between the fixing bolts and the panel that isolates vibrations, but I don't think it would be effective....

HI, I too have noticed that noise increasing for some time and as you noticed I discovered that the heat shield panel above the exhaust vibrates noticeably.

I solved it 90% last week with a drill and clamps, fixing all the panels to the frame.

This week I'll take some photos for you.
