4 Grenadiers tackle the San Juans of Colorado

Great video. Very little mechanical sympathy on display but a tough test of the vehicles.

The tone of the video changes after about the first 10 minutes which feels pretty negative. Overall very enjoyable watch and great to see 4 trucks getting after it through some beautiful areas.

That was an incredible video. Best test of the Grenadiers in the Wild so far. It's a great introduction to Colorado as I am heading to the Overland Expo Mountain West 2024 / August 23 - 25 at the Ranch - Loveland, CO.
Here's a link below.
I'm flying in, wish I was taking my Grenadier.
Ineos is an Exhibitor.
Hoping to see some of you there.

@Onefin I watched this last night and I loved it. I remember some outsider stating on Facebook or Reddit saying the Grenadier will struggle on black bear because of the turn radius. Great to show video to prove ppl wrong. I am dying to hear Talon Sei give his opinion as he was riding shotgun and bought the new Toyota.

Talon posted a bit of introduction commentary on his channel

The turning radius is not great, but it was obviously manageable on BB pass.

The switchbacks went much better than I expected, but it wasn't like when I had a Jeep JKU and did all these passes.

Fun trip with good buddies doing fun stuff in Grenadiers to help see what they are capable of and what breaks (or doesn't break) when going offroad.

Main take away is: I'd never take one offroad without sliders or skid plates. We had 4 styles of sliders from 3 different companies and they all held up and they all took multiple hard hits.

I have the SPP skids on my Grenaider (the Scottish white one) and Tim from AHQ has the same set on his.

Most people will not use their Grenadiers in this manner, but it is good to see that we had no major mechanical issues on this trip and never had to use any recovery gear or use a winch.

Agile posted their video of the same trip here and it was filmed by a different videographer than Talon, so it has unique content as well.

Chad DeRosa from Living the Van Life filmed for Agile. Sidenote: Chad also shreds on a dirt bike on narrow shelf road loaded down with filming gear.
